The Chilhowee Park Amphitheater is an open air theater with a seating capacity of 4,500.  Inside the facility are dressing rooms and restrooms.  Three double ticket windows are located at the front entrance.  A large concession area is located adjacent to stage.

The Jacob Building is a newly renovated, two-story exhibition hall.  It measures 200 ft. x 400 ft. with 36,600 sq. ft. of floor space on the main level and 20,500 sq. ft. on the balcony.  The building has five overhead load-in doors, upgraded lighting and HVAC.   Inside are four restrooms, two dressing rooms, two concession areas.  There are ticket windows on either side of the main entrance.

From a single building to the entire complex, Chilhowee Park is available for rental.  With more than 80 acres of park-like setting, large paved parking lots, and a full-time staff, Chilhowee Park is a complete, year-round exposition center.

 Beverage and food services in the Jacob Building is provided by Ovations Food Services.
